TERMS OF SERVICE

BEFORE ORDERING- I have the right to decline your commission request.
- The commission prices posted are per character illustration.
- Additional fees may apply to the following: backgrounds, detailed character designs, pose requests, additional characters/pets/other objects, priority and/or private commissions
any other complex details that may require more time and effort.
- The character you'll be commissioning must be either yours or you have full permission from the original owner/designer to use the character as a reference.
- I may not accept commissions without image references.PAYMENT- Payment is made via PayPal invoice.
- Payment must be made upfront within 5 days, otherwise the commission will be cancelled without notice. In case you need more time, please let me know asap.
- Refunds are not available.COMMISSION PROGRESS- Style may not always be 100% consistent with every artwork.
- There may be small changes in your character's design color palette depending on my style and the composition.
- I will use pose/backgrounds/design references only as inspiration for the commissioned artwork (if the character has no reference sheet) and it may not exactly look like the sent reference/s.
- You may request a work-in-progress image (low-resolution .JPEG/.PNG) of your commission.
- The commissioned artwork may be uploaded to my social media accounts anytime as soon as it's finished (except for private and commercial commissions).
- You may request to change the character or their design if I haven't started yet, but the design complexity of the new reference must be similar to the previous one. Changing to a more detailed character design will require an additional fee.
- Please give me an update if your character's design has changed, otherwise I will not be able to adjust it for free once completed.
- Revisions are free only if I make a mistake or miss a detail with the design. Otherwise, it will require an additional fee.
- As soon as you receive the commissioned art file, please download it as I may delete files to free up storage or re-design my gallery.COMMISSIONED ARTWORK- Product you will receive: a .PNG watermarked digital file of your commissioned piece.
- Background may be: white, gradient, transparent or a simple design, unless a custom background is requested.
- Canvas size and/or resolution may vary with every artwork.
- You will receive a link to the commissioned artwork file via DeviantArt/Twitter/Instagram DMs by default. You may also request it to be sent via e-mail.
- I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork.
- You may or may not credit me for the commissioned piece, but you may not modify it or claim it as your own work.
- The commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless you have paid the fee to use the art commercially.By commissioning me, you have read and agree to these terms of service.
